For international visitors, exhibitors and business guests

A reliable trade fair day starts before you reach the exhibition entrance. A delayed pickup, an unclear meeting point or insufficient room for luggage can affect appointments and presentations. DriveMe therefore checks the route, timing and requested service personally before confirming the journey.

International guests do not have to rely entirely on an anonymous app or communicate through several people. Questions about the hotel address, airport pickup, train arrival, delayed flight or return journey can be discussed directly in English. Only information required for the specific transfer is requested.

Companies may book for employees, customers or speakers. The person making the booking and the passenger can be different people. For a smooth pickup, we need one reachable contact number and a clearly agreed meeting point for the day of travel.

Journeys can start at Cologne Bonn Airport, Köln Hauptbahnhof, Köln Messe/Deutz station, a hotel or a business address. Evening transfers, restaurant journeys and a return after the fair can also be requested. Every booking remains subject to availability and personal confirmation.

What matters when planning your transfer

Please include the exhibition or event, date, desired arrival time, exact pickup address, preferred entrance or hall, passenger count and luggage. For air or rail arrivals, a flight number or train connection helps us plan realistic timing.

Personal coordination instead of a standard booking

Before the journey is confirmed, the date, pickup point, destination, luggage, possible waiting time and return journey are discussed personally. This makes the agreed service and price clear before travel. Please mention any special requirements when sending your enquiry.

Please note: Traffic routing, access and stopping points around the exhibition grounds are controlled by the organiser and local authorities and may change at short notice. Access directly onto the fairgrounds cannot be guaranteed.
